Why dose app,s and programs  i install on my account  turn up on another user?

One computer   two local users   user one Adminstrator  other Child   Standard

in either account when you switch from desktop to  Metro Start screen  (all app)  and sure enough  what I installed is on the MY local account is on the child  Metro Start screen.  WHY Why Why ????     is there a way to stop this. as if you right click on the child (all app) Metro Start screen to Hide it you only get the option to Uninstall it    never happened in windows 7 ?????????????????
